1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tailorz360 Business, provided by AUTONOM-AI MOBILE PLATFORM SOLUTIONS LLP. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account
Tailorz360 Business is intended for authorized business users. Account registration and access are subject to the applicable onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Trial and Subscription
Eligible businesses may receive a 14-day trial as communicated during onboarding. Continued use after the trial may require a paid subscription. Available plans, pricing, payment terms and renewal conditions are those presented by AUTONOM-AI at the applicable time.
4. Business Data
You retain responsibility for the customer, measurement, outfit, order, payment and other business information that you enter into the service. You must ensure that your collection and use of customer information complies with applicable law.
5. Customer Communications
Tailorz360 may provide features for sending order-related notifications through WhatsApp, SMS or other supported channels. Delivery depends on third-party communication providers and recipient/network conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, or use Tailorz360 in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Services
Tailorz360 may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, modify, improve or discontinue features and may temporarily restrict availability for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, violation of these Terms, legal requirements or other legitimate operational reasons.
10. Intellectual Property
Tailorz360, its software, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to AUTONOM-AI MOBILE PLATFORM SOLUTIONS LLP. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, AUTONOM-AI is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, inaccurate information entered by users, network failures, or unauthorized use resulting from failure to protect account credentials.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
