Data Deletion

Request deletion or removal of personal information associated with your Tailorz360 Business account.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send a request to support@tailorz360.com with the subject “Tailorz360 Business Data Deletion Request”.

2. Information to Include

Business/tenant name.
Registered mobile number or other account identifier.
Your relationship to the business or account.
A clear description of the information or account you want deleted.

3. Verification

We may need to verify your identity, account ownership or authority before processing a deletion request.

4. Customer Data

If customer information was entered by a Tailorz360 Business user, the business may be responsible for requesting or managing deletion of that customer information. We may require the authorized business user to make the request.

5. What Happens After a Request

We will review the request and determine what can be deleted or de-associated. We do not promise a fixed deletion timeframe because the applicable process depends on the information, account, legal requirements and circumstances of the request.

6. Information That May Need to Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, for legitimate security purposes, to resolve disputes, or to maintain necessary transaction or business records. Third-party providers may also retain information according to their own policies.
