1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tailorz360 Executive, provided by AUTONOM-AI MOBILE PLATFORM SOLUTIONS LLP. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Authorized Access
Tailorz360 Executive is intended for authorized marketing executives and other users permitted by AUTONOM-AI. Registration, activation and continued access are subject to the applicable onboarding and verification process.
3. Profile Verification
Some profile information may require verification using physical or other supporting documents. Changes to such information may be made only through the authorized verification process.
4. Executive Activities
The application may support tenant onboarding, portfolio management, executive hierarchy, commission, bonus and payout-related activities. Eligibility and payout rules are governed by the applicable business policies communicated by AUTONOM-AI.
5. Confidentiality and Responsible Use
Executive users must protect confidential business information and must not misuse tenant information, credentials, commission information, application functionality or access granted to them.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, manipulate onboarding or payout records, interfere with service operation, submit false information, or use the application unlawfully.
7. Third-Party Services
The application may use third-party infrastructure and services. Their separate terms and policies may apply to their services.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, modify or improve the application and may temporarily restrict availability for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, misuse, violation of these Terms, failure to meet applicable business requirements, legal requirements or other legitimate reasons.
10. Intellectual Property
Tailorz360 Executive, its software, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to AUTONOM-AI MOBILE PLATFORM SOLUTIONS LLP. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, AUTONOM-AI is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, inaccurate information submitted by users, network failures, or unauthorized use resulting from failure to protect credentials.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
